Boots are made for walking, strutting, standing and most importantly, striking poses. I’m obsessed with boots of all kinds. Over the knee boots, Thigh high boots, riding boots, booties. Skinny heel or chunky, you name a boot, I love it.
It’s tradition that every year I buy boots for myself for my birthday. As my birthday is the first week of fall, there is nothing like ushering in the new season with a fresh pair of boots. Whether I’m wearing them with dresses, distressed denim or some cute twill shorts and tights, boots are a year round thing unlike sandals and flip flops.
I prefer styles and materials that are more on the classic side and neutral in color so I can transition them from season to season with ease.
