My skin is in a great place right now, and I know I owe a lot of that to my current skincare routine. My primary goal with my skin is to always work on tone and texture while combatting and preventing any breakouts. My skin typically is on the dry/dehydrated side so moisture and hydration is also key for me.
Not only have I been consistent with the products I’ve been using, I’ve allowing them time to work and do what they’re intended to do. These products haven’t failed me over the past 6 months to a year and I wanted to share them with you.
Urban Skin RX Even Tone Cleansing Bar
This is my go to daily cleanser that I’ve been using for over a year. The kojic and azaleic acids help to keep my skin clear over time. It doesn’t leave my skin too dry and I love the cleansing sponge that comes with it as it makes me feel like I’m exfoliating.
Paula’s Choice 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant
This daily leave-on exfoliant with 2% percent salicylic acid to sweep away dead skin cells, unclog pores, and visibly smooth wrinkles. You can apply with a cotton round or your hands.
Paula’s Choice C15 Super Booster
This high-strength serum with 15 percent pure vitamin C visibly improve skin’s brightness, firmness, stubborn discoloration, and dull and uneven tone. It also contains ferric acid and hyaluronic acid (great for hydration and plumping). You can use aloe or add to a moisturizer as a booster. I love this combined with the 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant for a daily 1-2 punch.
Peter Thomas Roth Vital-E Age Defense Eye Cream
My sleep pattern hasn’t been the best lately and the bags under my eyes have been showing it.
